Reinhardt University is proud of its United Methodist heritage. This tournament raises critical scholarship dollars for students to obtain their degrees in a challenging and supportive learning community.

In 1994, Reinhardt’s United Methodist Golf Outing formed because a group of ministers and friends wished to support Reinhardt’s students and their families while honoring the University’s long affiliation with the United Methodist Church. The time-honored event provides scholarships to students who wish to become a minister, are the children of ministers, or are affiliated with the United Methodist Church.

Join Reinhardt for a day of beautiful views, playing with purpose, and supporting the educational journey of those dedicated to the mission of the United Methodist Church.

FORMAT/AWARDS

Play format is a four-person Ft. Lauderdale scramble. Prizes will be awarded for top two flight scores, plus individual awards for long drive, closest to the pin, hole-in-one, and putting.

SCHEDULE

8:30–9:30 a.m. – Continental breakfast, registration, driving range and putting contest
9:30 a.m. – Gathering of carts and sponsor recognition
10:00 a.m. – Shotgun start
Lunch and awards immediately following tournament
